Godzilla X Kong: The New Empire (Steelbook) (Walmart Exclusive) (4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray + Digital Copy), Warner Bros., Action & Adventure

A great follow up to what I thought was a bit of a disappointing previous Godzilla VS Kong! Kong totally owns the show it this one. Also has more interesting cast than the previous. The 4k quality are off the charts awesome and the steelbook and artwork are great too. A must get for all Kong/Godzilla fans.

Walmart has a habit of shipping things out with questionable packing. Would have been nice to have enjoyed this steelbook but instead it came in trashed and scratched. It was insult to injury when walmart didnt have enough copies for replacements due to their negligence.

ordered this movie way back April 15th. Was supposed to be here yesterday. Then late last night when it did not show up, they changed the status from delivery yesterday to theres been a delay. No other information. no tracking number, no possible delivery date. Cant cancel it, so im just stuck waiting until it gets here, if it gets here.

I pre-ordered this item on April 5th, 2024. As a big monsterverse fan for 20 years, I was highly anticipating adding this steelbook to the collection. Come the day of release, my order changed to “delayed.“ I called customer service, they told me it's delayed because the item is “out of stock.” I don't understand. Walmart, please assist with this issue. I won't cancel my order nor accept a refund because I have hopes that a copy that I purchased months-in-advance will be available/sent in the near future. I have purchased/pre ordered a myriad of exclusive steelbooks from Walmart and this is a first for me. Unfortunately, this is now giving me “pre-order anxiety,” I don't mean to come off as “woe is me,” I just hate that this can be the case for anyone now who preorders an item from Walmart. -Kind regards and a swift follow-up would be greatly appreciated.

No care for their products! They shipped it completely crushed! I know it didn't happen in transit because the packaging was perfectly fine, no marks of any kind, so the Steelbook must've been damaged BEFORE it was shipped. Now it's sold out so I can't even get a replacement. Thanks a lot. I only preordered it 4 months in advance, it's not like I actually wanted this or anything!!

For what the steelbook bersion of this movie cost i would have expected a better shipping box. The paper envelope this was packed in was stepped on or another heavy package was put on top of it. the caee will not close and is dented pretty bad. Great movie though, saw it in the theater.

there was a huge delay in this movie product and I ordered it the week of the movie release in theaters which is the earliest way you can get it. Delay, no product and no communication on how long the delay is, its been a week now. Asked for service twice and checking everday for update, simple communication like product damaged and getting replacement would be nice if that was the case. Movie is great, five stars.
