Bands too short, need to be double the length!
These bands are 4 ft in length! There is no way ANY of the exercises displayed in the accompanying manual can actually be accomplished! Wait!... unless you are 3-4ft tall. There's a bit of mistaken identity going on here. If you are tying these to a doorknob for upper body exercise, you're good to go. Other than that, I don't see much use for these.
