Great for Plantar Fasciitis therapy
This product works great as a therapy tool for dealing with plantar faciitis in my foot. I put it in the freezer for 2 hours as indicated. It maintains temp as I use it for 15-20min. The stainless steel provides a good rolling compression, which helps soothe the pain. I sit and stand on it, but not with all my weight as that can be too much pressure. My doctor recommended using a frozen water bottle as a similar option, but I find this more convenient and won't condensate on your floor or foot. Walmart had another roller from Athletics that had spikes on it, but I found the rolling sensation discomforting and didn't cool as well. I highly recommend the Gofit roller if your dealing with Plantar Fasciitis, or any other aches and pains in your foot.

Great for sore feet!
Bought this to help with pain from plantar fasciitis, and am not disappointed. Be sure to wear a thin sock when using completely frozen, because it gets way to cold to use on bare skin. The skate wheels make controlling to roller much easier than using a frozen water bottle. The only complaint I have is the price is a bit high for the product.

Really well built, great out of the freezer cold. I walk around 10 miles a day and this helps foot and tendon recovery tremendously

Bought this because my podiatrist recommended using a frozen water bottle to roll under my foot to help with my plantar fasciitis related pain. This is so much easier to use. I had tried the Go Foot (non-metallic) roller earlier and loved that, and I love this one too. That one stays on my carpet, the polar one stays in my freezer and both work very well.

Roller works well and less messy than water bottle
Freezes well and is less mess than a frozen water bottle. Also doesn't create all the noise. But podiatrist thought it may be too hard of a surface and encouraged limited use. I still like that this is so much easier to use.
