The GoFit Reflex Roller Ball has been helpful for me, especially at night when my restless leg syndrome acts up. I use it on my thigh muscles, and the handle makes it easy to apply pressure without a lot of effort. It's simple, sturdy, and convenient to keep nearby before bed. A nice tool for targeted muscle relief.
The roller is made very nicely but it is a little hard using it on your upper back doing it yourself.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love the GoFit Reflex Roller Ball with Handle! This thing is a game-changer for sore muscles and tight knots. The rolling ball gets deep into trigger points, and the handle makes it super easy to control pressure without straining your hands or wrists. I use it on my back, neck, shoulders, hips, and legs—perfect after workouts or long days on my feet. It's sturdy, well-made, and feels like a mini massage therapist at home. Instant relief every time. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with muscle tension or stiffness!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed by this roller ball massager. The handle is very comfortable to hold and has great leverage when using it with the ball attached. The ball is soft yet firm, and the texture helps it roll smoothly. I have found that it works best for my shoulders and neck, as well as the arches of my feet. The ball was a little tricky to remove the first time, but after doing it a couple of times, I feel comfortable doing it. This is a very versatile tool, and I would absolutely recommend it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where should I start…. This product is great it's so easy to grip and very portable. I also love the fact that the actual ball is detachable and you can use it multiple different ways. It's very easy to maintain and is extremely compact.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The GoFit Reflex Roller Ball is a dream. It's easy to use. It feels great. It's well made and is really versatile. I love that it has a detachable ball so that I can use it on my feet. Definitely a 10/10. This product was provided to me by Influenster for testing and honest review.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've recently developed plantar fasciitis and this has been an absolute godsend. It helps roll out the tight tendons with even pressure and the handle helps pinpoint the right spot. I also like that you can remove the handle if you want to use it that way.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this reoccurring knot behind my shoulder blade that's nearly impossible to reach. The best solution I've found is lying on a tennis ball but that can be really painful and it's hard to control. This massager gives me more control and allows me to use lighter pressure and build. It also feels great as a general massager. I find myself reaching for this a few times a week to roll my legs and forearms while I watch tv. It's nice bc you can pop the ball out and use it on its own to roll your feet. It's easy to pop back in but I hope it's not loosening over time where it'll have a hard time staying in.
Pros: Easy to use, well made, feels pretty good! Cons: A bit overpriced, spikes aren't long enough. Overall this is a wonderful little tool to have in your pain relief/muscle tension relief toolkit. I love how easy it is to use and how versatile it is. You can also remove the ball and roll your hands and feet over it. It feels really good when you can apply adequate pressure to the spikes. I use it everywhere. My neck, my legs, feet, hands, arms, wherever I am feeling muscle pain and tension. The only thing I wish was different was the spike length. If the spikes were a bit longer I believe that this would add even more muscle relief. It would be nice if they came out with another version of this with spikes that were a bit longer. It would be more like true acupressure relief. But overall I am pleased with my purchase and my cats even like me using it on them a little bit too.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good tool to some body give you a massage or you do it to yourself. It's made in a nice size, no too big or small, the handle has rubber what makes nice and soft on the hands. I feel the ball a little bit rough but just at the begging. You can put in your purse, suitcase or in your car because it's really easy to take everywhere.
