Great for my 2 year old.
My daughter loves this mat. She has just started tumbling and wants to be like her older cousin who is a cheerleader. She loves to show off her forward rolls and different crawls. I like the fact that it folds up and has a handle which makes it easy to put away.

Very cushy
This is a perfect mat to do abdominal work outs. It provides enough cushion to avoid painful elbows when doing straight and side planks and also cushions the spine when doing sit ups. Not a replacement for a yoga mat but a very good addition to it.

nice mat, but not wide enough for gymnastics
Nice mat, but 2 feet is not wide enough for our 10 year old to do handstands, cartwheels or rolls. We exchanged it for a 3 foot wide mat & that works great. I'm sure this mat would be great for aerobics.

junk do not buy
compared to my Giam evolve jute mat this one is cheap flimsy junk and the Giam was half the price
