My four year old daughter loves her new life vest. The only complaint we have is that we ordered the vest that had a unicorn on it but we received one that has a horse with a crown on instead. The quality of this product is good, it fits her well and its still adorable.

Fits and works well

I got this because I have a very small toddler and puddle jumpers just slide off of her. I like that this has the padded leg strap and is more comfortable. It isn't coast guard-approved because it doesn't have the neck piece to force them on their backs - which I did want because I wanted my kid to be able to learn to hold herself up in the water. HOWEVER, there really needs to be someone right next to the child the entire time he/she is in the water with this. Mine can kick and keep herself upright for the most part, but the second she leans or tips, she's gonna roll onto her face and if someone isn't there to pull her up she could pretty easily drown. Bottom line: if you hope to use this as a method for actually preventing drowning in a pool…don't. If you want to stand right next to your child and teach him/her some upright body control in the water, it's helpful. That's how we use it.

We ordered this for our 10kg (22%23) granddaughter. Small is advised at 8-18 kg. The life jacket we received says S 15-19 kg. Very disappointed. We will return.

This vest has obviously been used before. It has stains all on the inside of it. Seriously disappointed.
