GOgroove USB Laptop Speaker Bar with Clip-On Portable Design (White)

This was a lifesaver (for my computer). My laptop speaker was going out and the audio port had already failed. This small, easy to handle speaker uses the USB port and works on a Mac. Yay!

It works just as I hoped it would, now I can hear videos and tutorials on my lap top very well!

This is a quality unit for the price. It does not have its own volume control and could certainly be louder, but it is adequate and decently inexpensive.

This company has a bad way of doing business. Received package on April 12th and was missing stand and clip on. Emailed them to have the missing items shipped, but I had to prove that I purchased the item first. It's the 21st and I still haven't received my missing items.

I tried this Speaker on 3 different computers. It caused my first computer to freeze. (Windows 7) It caused my second computer to crash. (I had a difficult time getting my computer to re-start.) (Windows 7) I had to safety start my computer and it took almost 45 minutes to get my computer to re-start. It did not function on my third computer but it caused other files not to open and froze my computer. (Windows Vista.) This will be the first item that I ever had to return to Jet. It is Chinese Junk. Do not buy. It will cause problems for your computer.

I watched a couple movies and in the middle of a documentary it just stopped working. My daughter and I could not get it to work again, so it is going back. I'm home bound, so this means I need to find someone to take it back for me! Not happy. Better to spend a little more and get a better quality one, I guess.

i also read the reviews here and on Amazon. I bought it anyway because I liked the clip-on feature it provided. And as some have already stated, it worked for about 2 weeks and then...silence. No sound whatsoever except a popping/crackle burst occasionally. DON'T BUY IT! it was a $25 mistake!
