[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Gold Medal as long as I've been, alive pretty much we used this growing up. I bake and cook a lot, and I love the product so it was easy for me to want to pick and review this because I trust and love the quality and freshness of this flour .

Purchased this flour to make traditional Christmas cookies. I always purchase Gold Medal as I find the quality to be perfect for my family's favorite recipes. I've purchased less expensive flour but the end product doesn't have the same texture as when I use this brand. Definitely recommend if your family, like mine, is expecting their favorite cookies.

I always use Great Value all purpose flour. You substituted it for flour that cost $2.00 more. I am retired and on a strict budget. If I didn't need the flour right away I would not have ok'd for it to be substituted. This is always happening at this store and they always replace it with the most expensive.Most times I refuse but I needed it today.

It's my first time using the product myself, even though, I have eaten this product as a child over the decades, from all types of baked good is my guess. I decided some weeks back to try some simple baking for the first time, so yes, I'm sure after 60 plus years it tastes great. I think you need this product for the basic chocolate chip cookies not many US based children have not tasted them

I think this is one of the higher quality flowers that you can readily get at the grocery store. I think it has a great texture and flavor and has never failed me in any of my baking recipes. This size bag also fits perfectly into a standard gallon Ziploc type bag to keep it fresh.

I'm not one to buy name brand items if I can get a store brand that's comparable but with flour for baking it just pays to get a national brand. I tried a store brand flour and there is a distinct difference so I will continue using this flour. the texture is light and airy and your baked goods just taste better!

I've used Gold Metal Flour for decades. It's a good all-around flour. It's better than any competitors. Other flours are difficult to come together or end with a dry baked product.

GREAT flour!! I've tried using other flours but absolutely nothing compares to Gold Medal Flour. I've been using Gold Medal for forty years and never had a problem. I bake at least three times a week.
