I get terrible achy pain in my thumbs. I love that these are thin and not bulky. My hands don't get all sweaty in these. I have kind of big hands for a woman. I ordered the medium, and they fit perfectly. I can wear them for hours and don't have to readjust them. These are great. They even mark them left and right so you know which goes on what hand.

I have very bad arthritis in my thumbs. These have been handy so far. My Physical Therapist said she likes them because they provide some support while allowing for a lot of flexibility. I personally would like it to be less flexible, but as I said my PT approved.

This is a great brace. The fabric is soft, cool and comfortable. It isolates and offers supportive restriction without discomfort. It's easy to put on, to adjust and to remove.

I needed this for my right hand when I pulled a tendon. It helps a lot. Not everything I need but not because of this product. A temporary fix for me.

I have arthritis in my thumbs and I work on my computer all day. While this product may not provide the best support compared to others I have tried, I find that this one is adequate, however is extremely comfortable around the wrist and while resting my hand on the desk while using a mouse and keyboard, due to its lightweight design. The others irritated my wrist over a long period of time but this one does not. My recommendation is to have two types, one for work at a desk, and one that is more sturdy for general use around the home when there is a need to keep the thumb more immobilized.

This thumb /wrist brace is truly worthless. Based on what I paid and the description, I would have expected more than a stretchy piece of fabric. The support for the thumb was non existent. It is not made well at all for its intended purpose.
