Thumb brace works well
I have RA and my left thumb is unstable. The brace works very well. Plus it doesn't have any areas which irritates my hand. Just wish it came in another color.

I have trigger thumb. I've had several injections for pain that last about 6 months. This thumb stabilizer holds thumb straight and has reduced pain.

Better Than My Old Drugstore Splint
Had a cheap one before that slipped a lot. This one stays put and the straps are easier to tighten without cutting off circulation.

It helps isolate the thumb, however the tab to tighten and taken off the wrist ripped off on the 2nd day. I've put it back on with staples for the time being.

Not a good product
This item did not and does not support my thumb. It hurts where the strap goes around the thumb. Very painful. I cannot wear it at all.

poor design
that's just a piece of velcro that wraps around your thumb with like no padding so that sharp edge of the velcro digs into your thumb. A very poor design.
