Golden Farms Unsweetened Conventional Pineapple Chunks, 14 Oz Can

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I do like this golden farms pineapple. It is not as yummy as fresh pineapple but much better than other canned brands that I have tried. If I had to buy canned pineapple for a specific reason I would purchase again

This company does canned pineapple and peaches right so many other brands when you get the fruit on the inside of the can it's not done it's not been cooked long enough it's crunchy I don't like my fruit like that I do recommend the only the other one that I really like is the Del Monte I think it's Del Monte golden pineapple in the can that's done pretty well sometimes you can get cans that are just not cooked enough but the golden pineapple makes up for it but this brand of but the golden Farms brand it's always always always cooked right so I mean it's I just what you prefer but for me I just like it cooked right especially if I'm going to bake with it or put it in one of my salad or something like that

This pineapple tastes as good as if it was fresh cut at home and is packed with no added sugars although I cannot believe how sweet this can is. There is no tinny can taste, no dull flavors no anything off at all. If you enjoy pineapple yet dread the cutting then this product is right for you

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. The pineapple chunks are very good. I like that there is all pineapple juice filled to the top so the pineapple chunks don't dry out. I also enjoyed that they are unsweetened so you aren't getting any additional sugar. They are good mixed in with yogurt. Since the can isn't resealable you will have to put them in another container if you don't finish them in one sitting.

First, there was literally a beetle bug in the can... gross. second, half of the can is juice with very little pineapple. Would not recommended.

aside from the juice which was pulpy enough to drink with a fork, the main issue is the lack of actual fruit in this smaller can for twice the money. which could have been overlooked if it was good fruit, but the only big chunk was a piece of core that was almost unchewable. I generally let bad products slide and just never buy again, but this deserves a bad review.

Received these as a replacement for the slices and chunked cans that I ordered and opened a can upon delivery to check the taste and texture. I did not like the over ripe fruit and the smaller size chunks. The taste and texture was off for me and requested a refund.

Weird metallic taste.

The pineapple core is in the chunks. The actual amount of total pineapple is half the can (two servings) the rest is juice. The price is the same as buying a whole pineapple!
