I add it to olive oil for salads, in rice and my favorite adding with cinnamon and lemon, a bit of sweetener and steeping for about 7 min and strain and enjoy a hot drink before bed!! I love it. I will be adding it to dishes as well as bakery items…I love it!!

Although I wanted to buy Kashmiri Saffron and I was skeptical to buy Spanish saffron, I still went ahead and bought it. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. Maybe because I wasn't expecting it to be great. Have been using it for over a month and it's very good quality.
