This remote fit our electric lift chair perfectly. We had been without a remote for 8 months before I came across this remote. I hadn't looked at the Walmart website earlier because I just didn't think they would carry something like this replacements remote. I plugged in the type of buttons/and prong plug I needed and the had it! So happy and received it just in time for my husbands shoulder surgery.

remote works great. Dog chewed the old one and it had to be replaced. At first thought the romote didn't operate the head settings but then my wife suggested reading the instructions on the chair. apparently i had to reset the chair to remote and it worked beautifully

Walmat price is the best available
Replacement for a failed unit out of warranty. Great price at Walmart. Review questions ask about battery life, but this does not use them.

Good fix
This control worked as a sub for a ZK3200-UC on a UC682-MED-DSB UltraComfort lift chair. The only difference is this control has a different label at the bottom, and the "Sit" button on the original remote now says "Home" but it functions the same.

Golden Remote Control.
The product was from the manufacturer and connected to chair perfectly. Started working immediately! Chair dealer asking almost twice the price.
