Counterfeit conditioner?
I normally buy this shampoo and conditioner through my salon. I bought it through WalMart just for the sake of convenience. The shampoo is the same. The conditioner is NOT the same as what I've gotten through my hairdresser. It's a thick-ish liquid but not a creamy consistency like conditioner normally is. I don't know if I got a bad batch or if what I bought through WalMart is a knockoff brand.

Good product, bad customer service
I like the shampoo and conditioner and have no problem with the items. The problem was the packaging/damaged items and customer service of the shop. It came with broken nozzles on both bottles and I couldn't even twist them to pop open. I didnt see any broken pieces in the box so I assume they were broken before packaging. Anyway, since I dont have any spare pump with me, I requested for the replacement but still havent received them after 2 weeks.

Formula Changed? Very Strong Scent
not the same formula. Something has changed. Either Goldwell changed it or I got a counterfeit product. It was very heavily scented which I can't do. It was never like this before. Always had a nice plesant smell but not overwhelming. So buyer beware. I sent it back for a refund. Now I need to find another brand.

Conditioner doesnt seem to be the "real thing" .
The conditioner is very thin and didn't work like when i have bought this product other places. Seems watered down even though smell is same as i have had in past. Didn't work for my hair like usual either.
