Has some utility but limited in quality….
I got this item for my husband as he is a keen golfer and he was interested in using this to improve his swing mechanics. This is my husbands personal opinion - The concept of this product is good; the grip; whilst mimicking a golf club in terms of texture, was not the right shape and the weight of the ball was not heavy enough. The product had minimal adjustability. Primarily, the focus of the product is to improve tempo, and to that end it has some utility. The product can also be used indoors which is a positive.
