The trick to a better night’s sleep
If you have trouble sleeping, and are looking for something more natural, I recommend these 100%. I love the taste. I take 2, about 20 minutes before I go to bed. I usually eat dinner around 5/5:30 pm, and then I don’t eat anything else after 6:30/7:00. Around 10:30, I chew the 2 melatonin gummies. I sleep so much better, wake up, maybe once/twice at night ( not always), and go right back to sleep, no problem. I’ve tried other brands/types of melatonin, but these really really work for me. I never wake up feeling groggy or “off”, either. For some, 2 might be too many. I suggest starting with 1, and see how it works for you. I did it that way. I also asked my physicians about taking them before I started , in case they might interact with any of my medications. Better safe than sorry.

This is why I reordered them because they’re a good product. The only thing I ordered extra strength to see how they would work and they gave me regular gummy‘s instead of the extra strength.

Have to try these!
The BEST melatonin gummies I have tried yet. I like the taste of these too so that helps, and they're easy to chew. I am asleep within an hour of taking the gummies and sleep so good.

GOLI SLEEP GUMMIES
Goli Sleep Gummies, work! I usually take 2 around 10:30 pm ( when I want to go to Sleep) and I wake up around 7 am the next morning. I recommend them, but remember everbody's body chemistry is different. Try them if you having a problem sleeping.

Doesn't mix with RX
Can't be taken with a lot of prescription medication. Found out after I ordered. Check your medications. I can't take it.

Goli sleep gummy's are an affordable natural alternative to sleeping medicine that actually helps you relax and sleep better. If you're not used to taking sleeping aids it should work well. If you are it may not work as well. I found that I fell asleep pretty fast but I woke up a few hours later and it was at times difficult for me to fall back asleep. If you're looking for a natural alternative Goli is worth trying out!
