Such a treat to make this bread and know that it is allergy free. It is the most delicious banana bread that the whole family enjoys. It doesn't last long around here!

I made the choc-chip version this past weekend and it was super good! I like that it has 2 large real bananas in it and is healthier than traditional banana bread. It only took a few minutes to make and came out perfect.

As a college student I don't have a lot of time to make healthy and satisfying sweet treats, but this mix is actually perfect!!! So quick and easy to make and tastes delicious. Perfect for when you need an on the go treat, a prepped breakfast, or late night craving!!!

I used honey in this instead of syrup. This flavor is above average for a prepackage mix. The quality is Good. I rated it with only 3 stars bc I was not impressed with this flavor. I had other flavors from this brand that were impressive. The other flavors were usually limited edition.

To be fair, I didn’t use oil in the recipe, as I don’t use oil at all. Instead I used unsweetened applesauce which is what I use in just about any baked dessert. I found the finished bread heavy (to be expected), but what I didn’t like specifically was that it had too strong of a banana flavor. I think it would be helpful if the recipe directions used a specific measurement for the bananas, either using cups or grams.
