Precision screwdrivers work a bit differently than normal screwdrivers. With these, the fingertips rotate the screwdriver, while the palm of your hand pushes the end of the screwdriver, and hence the screw, into the hole. The end-piece rotates in the palm of your hand, to facilitate this. However, this screwdriver is a bit too long. It worked for my medium-sized (man) hands, just barely. For a man with small hands, or a woman, it would just be too long. You want your fingertips to be near the screw, to keep the screwdriver from sliding out sideways (especially with flat-head screws). I suggest they include a 2nd shorter screwdriver with these sets. The other problems relate to a lack of labels. First, there's no label outside either the black plastic case or the white waxed paper box it comes in. I ended up writing PRECISION SCREWDRIVER on the waxed paper box, which wasn't easy. 2nd, inside the box all they have is icons showing the type of bits, not the sizes, in each position. There is a loose paper card that contains the labels with the sizes, but that should be plastic, so it won't be ruined by the oil on the bits, and attached to the inside of the case. Of course, this all depends on the bits being in the correct spots. It looks like they were, but it was hard to tell as the labels on the bits aren't all pointing out. So I had to remove most of the bits and put them back in, with the labels visible. Those stamped labels were not all stamped the same, some were deeply stamped, some barely visible. And the 6 "inverse" bits had labels going around the bit, not along it, making it impossible to read them without pulling them out and rotating them. And note that the labels are all abbreviated, like PH000 for one size of Phillips Head bit. There's no key explaining these abbreviations, like giving the dimensions, in that case. You'd need to look it up online. As for the quality of the bits, I have no complains so far, although I only used them once, on eyeglass screws, which didn't offer much resistance. They stayed in place in the screwdriver until I pulled them back out. The plastic case has an unusual closure mechanism. it's like a ballpoint pen, pushing it once closes it, pushing it again makes it pop open. I don't trust that mechanism not to break, so always leave the case opened with a small gap, instead.. I gave it 4 stars because, for $14, this is quite a good set, overall.
