They All Leak!
After extensively reviewing this brand, I decided to purchase 2 of them. The reviews were mostly decent. I had them installed and got torrential rains the same night. Overflow is a huge problem so make sure the water will properly drain away from your foundation. Mine is suspended on river rocks and concrete stones. My biggest concern is that they both leak around the spigot and seal continuously which really burns my @$$$$$. They need to construct these better! Overall, they're aesthetically pleasing which is the main reason I bought them instead of a $5 food storage bin. Thesee are overpriced and not worth the price I paid. Some reviewers suggested marine epoxy. Maybe buy some of that before you buy these barrels.

Rain water Control
I would say overpriced Probably should have purchased a " stand" to put on for stability and draining access BUT did not know that you can purchase it . Lots of debris inside from drilling and cutting during assembly - RINSE OUT WITH HOSE B-4 you install

not working for me
i liked the look and ease of light weight installation. B ut this thing leaks bad and i tried to hook a hose up to the bottom faucet part and it does not attach without faucet pulling out. i dont know if its the cheap plastic or the faucet that came with.

Incorrect item delivered twice - still waiting
I am very upset because for the second time I have only been sent the stand and not the barrel. Even after I called to explain that the wrong item was sent and they assured me that I would get a rain barrel and not a stand. I don't know how to get the item that I ordered. Customer service is polite but they cannot help. Who can help?

Not as described
The description clearly states the item is a 50-gal barrel. The item photos show a barrel and stand. No barrel came with the stand. I want my barrel at no extra cost because that is what the description stated!.

I didn't receive all of the order. When I tried to reorder the same problem occurred. Canceled and ordered another barrel.

The description of this says its a 50 gallon rain drum. It is not. Its only the base.
