Incorrect item delivered twice - still waiting
I am very upset because for the second time I have only been sent the stand and not the barrel. Even after I called to explain that the wrong item was sent and they assured me that I would get a rain barrel and not a stand. I don't know how to get the item that I ordered. Customer service is polite but they cannot help. Who can help?

Seller listed this as the rain barrel WITH stand for $112 then sends the stand only. Who pays for a stand that costs MORE than the rain barrel. Don't buy from this seller.

Not as described
The description clearly states the item is a 50-gal barrel. The item photos show a barrel and stand. No barrel came with the stand. I want my barrel at no extra cost because that is what the description stated!.

I can only give one star because I only got the base for this wizard rain barrel. I did not receive the barrel itself so I got refunded and told to re-order can't catch no rain and only a base very disappointed.

One day delay in shipping. Boxes were ripped and ragged. Again poorly posted product led me to believe I was getting g a rain barrel with a stand. NOT just a STAND !!!!
