Liquid Ionic Potassium 732 Supplement
This product stopped painful leg cramping that occurred several times a night. When I ran out, the cramps came back. When I replenished, the cramps disappeared. I make sure I don't run out of the product anymore.

This is a great product, i use it with Good State's ionic Magnesium and my and my soccer star daughters leg craps have gone away.

excellent item for cramps
My husband takes it daily and says no more cramps. I keep it by my bedside and if I get a cramp I just take a swallow and honestly the cramps just go away. This is a hard to find excellent item for cramps. Taste awful but you get use to it or do as the instructions read and put in juice or something. I got use to it after a couple of swigs. My husband takes potassium as a pill vitamin and still got cramps. This works so much better.
