I have been taking ionic magnesium daily for 10 years. I was on blood pressure medication X 20 years. When I started taking this magnesium I no longer needed BP medicine. I've been off BP medication for 10 years because of this ionic magnesium daily. It works and it starts working immediately (within 30 minutes) to lower BP. I husband also started giving my husband this magnesium and he also no longer needed BP medication.

I bought this liquid form because it was recommended for better absorption. I previous used pill forms for muscle health. I used to get sudden cramps in my hands and feet, but no more with the magnesium and calcium I've been taking. I'll update if that changes with this liquid product.

This Ionic Mineral Magnesium is the best stuff you can buy. I take it every night before bed and I do believe it helps to relax me enough to fall asleep. Yes it tastes awful but I take the recommended amount and chase it with some water. I think Walmart has it for a great price.
