Worth it especially if you need digestive support
I was drinking the immune less sugar juices but these have the same effect and easier to take especially on the go!

Good but need to improve on packaging
looks like fine powder, not so easy to open for a fast melt. You really need good strength to tear it apart for quick consumption.

Meh...
The flavor is good but very sweet. It dissolves easily in your mouth, without water. To early to know if prebiotic works.
