Kitchen utility knife
These aren't expensive, but work very well. Holds an edge nicely for stainless steel. Light, handle nicely fitted. Sharp. I also have their short chef's knife, I'm happy with.

Flimsy blade
Flimsy blade. Doesn't take much to bend it. Might be cool for for like carving a pumpkin or something where you'd want that.

Skip on these!
I really wanted to love these! I have an old set that still works great but these new ones I bought rusted after the second wash and I washed them by hand. Definitely cheap and not made like the old ones. Way overpriced
