Healthy non-stick pancake griddle
I bought this for pancakes. My college granddaughter likes to make her own pancakes and my old griddle was sticking too much for her. After getting this new nonstick (healthy coating) griddle, she can flip the pancakes over with ease...no more sticking.

Great quality
Just what I needed! This square griddle is solid and the quality is really great. It cooks evenly and makes excellent strips of bacon too. Definitely recommend.

To be fair I use a metal spatula but I have to replace it often. Or else it releases some bad smoke but when it's new it's perfect.

Griddle non stick
Since this is new, I have only used it twice. Size and design are fine. I guess time will tell how it holds up in the long run.
