[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have always wanted to try a ceramic pan. Just hadn't done it yet! Scrambled 2 eggs with American cheese-and no stick! A plus! It takes a minute to heat up even on high-but I was ok with that. Heat seems to be even. Easy to clean! Hopefully it will have some durability after some major use! 10/10 thus far.

It's rare that I don't use oil or butter in a pan, but the nonstick surface on this ceramic made my food not stick at all. It's o great size pan that cooked my food perfectly and honestly I have no complaints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good quality pan. Heats evenly, and the non stick surface makes clean up a breeze. It's the perfect r size for frying just about anything, made enough scrambled eggs to serve 8 people. Highly recommend this pan.

I was super skeptical when k ordered this but the reviews looked solid so I gave it a shot. So very glad I did. I held on to my old gear forever because I didn't think I could afford a quality replacement. This has been spectacular. The non stick is amazing. It heats and cooks better than my old Tfals. Best purchase ever and going to try and find the other pieces to the whole set!

Purchased both the 10” and 12” versions of these pans and have been very pleased with the performance. I am a culinary school graduate an am very particular about my cookware, and have had the same great stainless steel cookware for many years. I would recommend these for nonstick sauté work and only caution to either store vertically or if nesting several pans, with a cushion on this pan's cooking surface so that the bottom of any other pan does not mar the nonstick surface.

Bottom not flat. If I were to put an egg in the center, the egg runs to the sides! I'm disappointed.
