This is a must-have for anyone who likes to bake! It is really great quality and doesn't take much hand strength to use. The mechanisms work very smoothly and I especially love the rubber grippers which make it easy to use if you are like me and a messy baker who tends to get things all over their hands. The scoop size is great for the perfect sized cookies. I honestly don't know how I've gotten by without having this simple little gadget in my kitchen. It gets used all the time and I plan to buy a couple more for my baking needs.

I have been making cookie dough mix and putting it in the fridge to scoop better well the cookie scoop worked for about 2 scoops and it kinda broke my daughter was able to fix it but it happened again so i would for sure not recommend for hard dough but havent tried with the just made dough to see if it works any better

I'm a big baker, big baker and live making cookies. I have tried other cookie scoops and they break right away . The Good Cook cookie scoop so far has been fabulous! The perfect size to make the perfect size cookies. I like the mint green handle and it's very comfortable. No fingers getting stuck as you squeeze like in some. The scooper that slides the dough out slides nicely and so far has not gotten stuck or gone off track which has always been my issue with cookie scoops.

This tool is how people have perfectly sized cookies! This scoop is pretty heavy duty and very sturdy. The rubber handles make is very easy to hold and doesn't slip when hands are greasy. There is a strong spring action release, so you squeeze the handles together to push the cookie dough out of the scoop onto your pan and the handles then open themselves. The little bit of stainless steal inside the scoop that releases the cookie is actually well placed as you can lightly hear it scrap the metal so you know you are getting a good scoop. Clean the scoop is alright. I normally let it soak for a little while in a bowl of warm water to loosen up any gooey cookie bits and then can get the rest with a sponge. Overall this cookie scoop is well made and works great.

I had always just used a spoon to scoop cookies and a friend told me I NEEDED a cookie scoop. Boy was she right. It makes it so much easier to scoop and make the cookies the same size. This scoop is nice too it has rubber on the handles and the spring is heavy duty. It doesn't feel like it's going to fall apart. Definitely good quality. This one is small but makes the perfect size cookies for my little ones

I decided to test this out with my favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe. I was excited to use this because it's my first cookie scoop ever. I'd say it's pretty straight forward to use and makes a nice sized cookie. The only reason I'm knocking it down to four stars is because the little arm that helps scoop the dough out got off track. It was a user error, my dough has to chill for a bit so it was a little harder. It was a little bit of a pain to get it back on track but not impossible. I'll just use it for dough that doesn't need chilled next time.

All my life I've been making cookies with a regular spoon or spoons. The cookie sizes are inconsistent and uneven. I start using this cookies scoop and it make perfectly even sized balls that turn into great cookies. You can also use this for other things like butter as well.

This cookie scoop is nice and just the right size. Made of stainless steel and nicely polished, this cookie scoop is really easy to use and releases your scoops easily with not hassle. I like that it gives me just the right size I need for my cookie dough, because I am horrible on trying to estimate the size correctly and make them all even. So simple to use scoop and release and your set to go. Good quality strength didn't think it was going to fall apart on me and everyone can use it it doesn't take lots of strength to open and close the spring handles. The only thing I think can be better is having it Dishwasher safe as the kids just through everything in there and I have to remind them some can't go in there. Overall a good cookie scooper.

This is a 1 3/8 inch scoop, which I believe is also known as a #60 size. It scoops out a bit more than one tablespoon per scoop, which will produce cookies on the smaller end, though there are smaller scoops. This is a size very common to alot of cookie recipes. This has a pretty thick spring so it should last for quite a while. The grips are comfortable and attached very well. A very good small scoop.
