GoodCook Touch Santoku Knife 7"

I absolutely love these knives. I've bought a few trying to find my favorite knives and these are definitely one of these. I am replacing all my knives with these.

Sharp and very nice weight, handle and blade length. Great for vegetables

I have another Gooodcook knife from Walmart that I have been using for over 3 years now, and it has held up well and is my favourite. The handle started to wear out, so I bought this knife as a replacement because I was looking for the same brand. I like this knife - the materials are solid, the blade has a good weight to it, and the balance between the blade and handle is pretty good too. I just wish this knife was a little bit bigger - so 4 out of 5 stars just for the size. I bought it online and could not tell the size exactly. Otherwise, looks like a great knife.

7 inch knife. I did not include the handle with blade measurement. A huge knife. I wanted a 7 inch utility knife., Not a kung fu style. The blade was extremely complicated and fancy. It might do a job well but it would be difficult or impossible to clean it without a scrubbing brush. I did not keep it. I gave it away.

The handle is the worst to grip. Didnt like anything about it. Returned it
