It's for my wife, to protect her face and neck while gardening. Several insects bit her face when she was clearing out some veggie bushes, last Fall. She probably won't use it until Autumn, 2026, but the bee bonnet appears to cover her face and neck and to be well-made.

Fit's very well, has straps to put your arms through and so the netting goes down quite low. No bees can enter so great choice.

This is a great beekeeping hat. There is a chin strap to keep the hat from moving around on you head and there are straps that go under you arms to hook the netting down close to your body. It looks sturdy enough to use several seasons. Only time will tell.

I bought for my husband to keep the annoying flying insects off his face while hiking on the land. The hat and netting are very nice quality. Sturdy and well put together. The netting is not too dark so that it dose not interfere with your ability to see. The only issue is the elastic straps that goes around your shoulder. It not long enough to wear comfortably if you have large shoulders so I will have to sew an additional length of elastic on the straps in order for my husband to use it like it was intended. Over all its a very nice thing to have if time is spent outdoor during annoying insect time.

Very nice hat and Vail, keeps the sun out and can see thru the screen very well.
