Refund Policy Isn't the Best!!
We ended up not needing this so when i contacted them a week after receiving (unopened)for a return they sent a form for me to sign - the form said they give a 90% refund , in addition they also charge a 20% restocking fee plus it has to be shipped back by freight only. Which wasn't worth the trouble by then - which is their deterrent for returns, which seems to be working. Wish I'd known before purchasing so thought I'd share!
