Goodman E-Series 9000 BTU Mini Split Heat Pump Wall-Mounted

Great customer service! They even upgraded the line to a longer length for me! Have had the unit for a couple of months. Easy install, easy use. I would purchase again!

I had mistakenly thought this came with a pad and not a bracket for mounting, so I contacted the company because I received wall mounting brackets. Their response was almost immediate, on a Saturday. They kindly let me know it only came with wall mounting brackets, but offered to send me a pad, at no extra charge. Customer service rocks. Now about the minisplit system, it was super easy to install for my husband. It only took him about an hour or so. So far we have only had it a few days so I cant vouch for much, but we have had goodman air conditioning condensers before and they were quality products. We are planning on buying another one for the garage soon, and will definitely buy from these guys.

This unit is super quiet it's cooling a one car garage high quality unit I have a 2 1/2 ton goodman central system so I trust that this Goodman mini split will give years of service for us

I have bought 5 units from Walmart heat and cooling very quiet easy to install I would recommend customer service was awesome also sent wrong length wire on last unit spoke with Lisa she handled issue in 5 min had fed x tracking number part will be here in two days

I bought this mini split to replace one that had the mother board burned out after about a year of use. This unit is a far superior unit, quit and efficient. I highly recommend it.

Great unit does everything I need it to do going to purchase another for another room

It was fairly easy to install and so far has performed very well

you will need copper tubing flare equipment, pressure gauges, an hvac vaccuum pump in order to complete install, so maybe not for a diy unfamiliar with dealing with this equipment. i did locate a stud to get 3 lag bolts into for the heavy side wall bracket (included) as i wouldn't trust expansion bolts for the weight

But, when my A/C tech opened the inside unit, he pointed out grease stains and some scratches. He stated, "it has been handled", so we installed it. Worked great for about 4 hours and started making a loud clicking sound that increased with the fan speed. Had the Goodman/Daikin review and check it out with my tech and deemed it was a compromised unit. So, after only 4 hours or use, I am supposed to pay for another install. Bought the optional warranty, and they will take care of the replacement and new head unit. Do not by from this company, "heatandcool.com".

This unit showed up with a bad compressor and they warrantied the compressor but not labor om trying to return now and getting the run around. Would stay away from this unit. Very Disappointed......
