I have thick curly hair and these clips totally work for me! I use them for half-up styles, and they have no problem holding half of my hair in place. I didn't observe any slipping, and the clip was able to close securely even though it was holding a lot. It's impressive that the clip was able to hold so much of my hair, because it's an inch or two past my shoulders! These clips feel a lot more substantial than the common thin plastic ones, and the unique matte texture offers great hold and looks clean (unlike shiny clips that sometimes show fingerprints and smudged hair products). And of course, the designs are just as pretty as in the pictures!!

They are smaller than I usually buy but they hold well and do not slip. The package comes with two and they are both so cute. Holds so much hair. I have thick heavy hair and a lot of the time I find myself adjusting hair clips but these hold so well. I did not have to adjust it the whole day.

I have extremely thick hair so I was worried that they might be too small to hold all my hair back, but I'm able to get enough in the clip that it gets my hair out of my face. I also like that they have sort of a matte finish, rather than a glossy one that most clips have. I feel like the finish helps to hold my hair in more efficiently.

It is so hard to try to find a clock clip that one fits your hair tight into that is big enough that everything fits and that is comfortable. I love these, and I think in the future when buying more claw clips, this will be the brand that I go for.

Perfect for long hair, bun wise

My hair is pretty thick and this clip barely fits ny hair when it's straight. It doesn't stand a chance with my curly hair. It is also a bit flimsy. However it is a very pretty hair clip and had a good grip that stays put for hours. If you have medium thick hair I would recommend this.
