This pin and clip set really exceeded my expectations! Not only are they cute and easy to use, but they stay in place. I have several hair accessories that claim to be slip resistant and that is never true with my hair. I have thick long hair. I usually put clips in and it looks great but they slide completely out of place after any amount of walking around. These did not slip at all. I am actually amazed. They have little teeth that actually hold them in place. I definitely recommend them for anyone, but especially if that has ever posed a problem for you!

These clips and barrette set are super cute. I love that each pin comes in a different shape and color to give that fun mismatched look that is really popular right now. It says the clips are slide proof and I found that to be pretty accurate. Each clip has metal teeth inside of it so that it can latch onto your hair and keep it from sliding throughout the day. The clips are also very sturdy and strong when you squeeze the end to put them in your hair which helps to keep them from opening up once you have them on. I love the whole set and have been wearing them daily just to add a little something special into my hair. I definitely recommend. They are fun and a great way to spice up your style.

These hair clips come in 4 different designs and colors. Three are pinch hair clips and one is a hair pin. They match with different types of outfits. You can also mix and match them on your hair. They are also very easy to clip on and they don't slide off because they use a slideproof grip. I prefer this type of clip versus the snap on ones. These stay on my thick hair.

I love that Goody's is offering mismatched pins and barrettes, it's nice to have a design option instead of just plain and boring. These work very well, I have thin and silky hair and these over many different pins stay in my hair! It feels like an all day hold! Has plastic enamel look, shiny with different designs to jazz up your look. Recommend to people with hard to hold hair but like a bit of flair!

I compare these to the clips of the 80's where they held hair "tight". These hold loosely and you can actually adjust or pull them straight from your hair with minimal pulling or lost hair. They come in very pretty designs and they do hold your hair all day with only a few strands coming out. I have thinning hair so these might work better on someone with thick hair. The only reason for 4 stars versus 5 is I like my holders to "snap" and get a hard hold.

I love these Goodys pins and clips. The Let It Happen Collab collection comes in the snazziest colors. The little fancy clips can dress up any plain colored clothing or make any outfit more interesting. I have curly hair but it is more wavy on the top layers and it's curlier when wet. I found the clips to be somewhat snug but not very. They held my hair out of my face even when wet, but as my hair dried and lost some of the curly texture, they started sliding somewhat, bringing my hair forward. The pins and clips held my dry curlier hair underneath more snuggly. It seems to me that if you have curly or maybe textured hair they hold better but I dont agree that they have a slide proof grip as advertised. There isn't any silicone or rubber lining like the slide proof hair bands have to keep it in the hair snuggly. Theres only the slippery somewhat snug flat metal and metal claws. I also dont agree that they are for all hair types. If you have thin straight hair I could see them sliding even more. But they are definitely cute and will hold well with curly or textured hair. Love them!

Cute hair pins, I do wish they came in a different packaging that doesnt require taping at the back though. The back of my pins got stuck at the sticky tapes and left a residue that I had to scrub to get off. Otherwise, I love the cute style and the sizes are perfect! I prefer these slide on type of pins and love the pattern on them.

They're very cute and I like the variety in styles and patterns. The issue I have is that they're really only effective for very thin hair or if you're only trying to clip a very very small section of hair with them. I tried using them on my hair and both of my daughters hair and they just weren't good at staying in place, but we all have thick locks of hair so maybe with thinner hair they'd be more effective. But they absolutely look great when placed and would go with lots of different outfits.

I managed to flat iron my hair and style it as I usually would. I like to twist and tie back a small section of my hair and pin it with a bobby pin. However, I tried a pin from this set and it would not tightly grip onto or hold my hair. It slid right off my hair, I do not consider that very slide proof. I definitely do not agree that is it made for all hair types. I have fine hair and these pin are not staying on. I am really disappointment because they are so beautiful and once you get them off the packaging and feel the spring tightness of the pins you would think they would have no problem staying on but that's not the case for me. The one bobby pin type clip had to be pried open and that did not even stay on my hair. I will more than likely use these to get my hair out of my face when applying makeup, which is a real bummer.
