Fantastic service from Lee and Beth. I had paid for my tires and to have them installed but wasn't quite ready to put the tires on my vehicle. Both helpfully suggested that I take the tires and just bring them back to install at a later date. Works perfect for me.

I had purchased 4 of these tires in 2016 and in late 2017 had one of them go bad,,started thumping...so ordered a new one from Simpletire as my dealer couldn't get one....I had it sent directly to my dealer/installer and for $24 it was balanced and installed...I only bought one from Simpletire and I wanted all my tires to be the same...

I didn't like that the tires are 2 years old. I also didn't like the tires are not new and has some rubber missing. See photos. I liked that walmart took care of me, flexible to return from 3rd party, properly installed, and offered replacement warranty. I could buy older, slightly used tires with minor defect for half the price.
