Goodyear Endurance ST225/75R15 117N E Trailer Tire

After China bomb incident on highway in Florida...95 degrees and humid...trailer tires only 6 months old, bought Goodyears. Fresh manufactured date, time will tell, I feel more secure with these on my trailer.

So far so good. I put a pair on the rear axle of my equipment trailer. We made a round trip in August from Texas to California. So that's about 3800 miles with day time temperature in deserts running the 108 to 115 degrees F range. I did blow one tire but not one of these. It was an different tire on the front axle. We had about 3 tons of machinery on the trailer. So that's about 2,000 pounds per tire including the trailer weight. They are actually made in the USA. No problems with the seller. They showed up at my gate in a few days. Going by the mfg date, they are only a couple of months old. I am happy.

I use Goodyear Endurance on my fifth wheel, as many RV owners do...because they hold up so much better than those "China bombs". American made really seems to make a difference when it comes to tires! I get them fast and they are within MONTHS of manufacture date! Just what I like!

I purchased a set of these tires from another location 8 years ago and they have held up very well. These are the best tires I have had on my 24ft 5th wheel trailer in the 16 years that I have owned the trailer.

I bought this same Goodyear tire for my travel trailer before from Walmart. However I was disappointed to see that the tire was nearly 3 years old. Granted that it is "new" and I understand that a tire can still be okay to use if it has been stored properly. I can't imagine how a tire sits that long in a warehouse stock without being rotated. In fairness, I generally keep trailer tires only three years as they experience heavy use, but I might want to rotate this one to the spare sooner than I planned.

While I've run these tires on my 17 ft Casita travel trailer for some time with no trouble. They are good tires, though expensive. However, one of the pair that I ordered through Walmart's marketplace web store this time was delivered with manufacturing defects. Specifically, there were two areas of the sidewall that had ply separations. Unfortunately, It's almost impossible to see the problem until they are mounted and running on the ground, in which case the tire appears to wobble as it rolls. Since these were installed on my trailer just before we departed on a long road trip with the Casita, I didn't notice the problem until we were a few days into our trip. I took the tire to a local Walmart in Falcon, CO for service and was met with a great deal of pushback and runaround. This was due to the fact that Walmart sells the tires through its "marketplace" and handles returns between the buyer and seller. I finally was able to return the tire under the 90 day return policy as a defective item, but there is some question whether I'll see a refund now since the tire has been installed and used. In this case, the seller's policy is to not issue refunds until the returned product is received by them and inspected. Bottom line: beware the return and warranty policies when purchasing tires (or anything else) through the Walmart marketplace. Tire sellers have their own return/refund policies and are not all alike, though they are required to meet Walmart's "minimum" requirements which are not clearly stated. Local Walmart managers and employees might not understand them and the policies might be flawed in the way defective product is handled.

I directed the tires to be delivered to an address other than my house and the instructions were ignored. The tires were delivered to my house and I had to make additional arrangements for them to be delivered to the correct location.

Not happy because I received no paperwork. All I received was a paid receipt. I thought I'd get something of a warranty.

Ordered 4 endurance trailer tires, had my mechanic mount and the next morning noticed two tires had bulges in same area of tires. Local Walmart took them off my rims and returned them to vendor sponsored through Walmart for me. I’m still waiting on my refund. But I’m out the 64 bucks to have tires mounted. That really ticks me off.
