Goof off Power Cleaner & Degreaser Trigger Bottle Spray, 32 oz

This degreaser works great! First used it on a grease spot on the floor by the stove. Was pleased that the stain was gone with no discoloration or residue. Next used it on stove. Sprayed it on then let it set for a couple minutes before wiping off. Shocked how it cut through the grease! And again, no residue! Has a strong smell but as with other Goof-Off products I've used, the smell dissipated quickly. And I did wipe the area with clean water afterward.

MY FIRST ENCOUNTER WITH GOOF OFF WAS BY ACCIDENT. ABOUT 25 YEARS AGO. I BORROWED A FRIENDS NEW TRUCK. WHILE USING IT I GOT BLACK USED GREASE ON THE SEAT OF A NEW TOYOTA TRUCK. I REMOVED ALL OF IT I COULD WITH REGULAR CLEANERS. I WAS AT A PLACE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING TO HELP MY CIRCUMSTANCE. A MAN WALKED UP AND SAID MAY I HELP YOU? I QUICKLY SAID YES. HE PUT ME ON TO GOOF OFF. HE SAID YOU WILL LIKE IT. I WENT STRAIGHT TO THE TRUCK AND SPRAYED THE MESS. GOT SOME CLEAN CLOTH AND WIPED IT CLEAN. I SHOUTED THIS STUFF WORKS. IT CLEANED THE GREASE OFF THE SEAT AND LEFT NO DISCOLERED SEAT. WELL NEEDLESS TO SAY I HAVE RECOMENDED IT TO AT LEAST A HUNDRED PEOPLE SINCE. I HAVE YET TO SEE A STAIN THAT THIS STUFF WON'T REMOVE. LEAVES NO DISCOLORATION AND SMELLS NICE. BUY IT AND LOVE IT AS MUCH AS I DO.

I just received the Goof Off recently and tried it in the kitchen. I sprayed the drip pans on the stove which are always greasy and grimy. Wiped it with a clean paper towel and then washed it with soap and water. It cleaned the drip pans well, slight odor and slickery feeling to the liquid but washes off well with soap and water. I haven't had a chance to use it on anything else yet but would recommend for kitchen greasy cleanup.

I love this grease remover!! I have used it on some different items and it does take off the grease and grime well. I really like that is work well in my oven especially on the oven glass where I really only have to clean. I also used it on spots on my kids bikes where they got grease on the paint from the chain. I will be buying mire of this for sure when I run out. I also recommend it to my dad and my mom.

I love cleaners of all types. My house is full of many types of cleaners that I use for different purposes. I'm glad that I found Goof Off Power Cleaner & Degreaser. It is an excellent cleaner. What I didn't realize at first is that it is not just a degreaser. It is a cleaner. I was just going to use it on my grill but I read the directions on the back. The directions explained how to use it for different purposes. It can be used as a degreaser or a cleaner on hard surfaces. But it can also be used on carpet and upholstry as well as a stain remover on clothing. So, I did clean my grill but I also tried it on my carpeting. I had a wine stain that had set into the carpet. It was as good as spot treatment. It got a lot of the stain out where I used it. It does say to repeat if a stain does not come out completely the first time. On top of that, since it says that it can be used to treat stains on clothes, I tried Goof Off Power Cleaner & Degreaser on a shirt that I got pizza sauce on. It did remove the stains. I have been getting stains into my new summer clothes over and over. I have used so many stain treatments and color safe bleach. After working at it, I was always able get them out but Goof Off was so much easier. I just sprayed the spots, let it sit for a few minute, then rubbed the cloth together where the stains were and they disappeared completely. I don't recommend it for anything that you are not going to wash or burn off later. It says to burn it off the grill before you use it and it says to use soapy water on carpeting and upholstry after using it. It also says to wash clothing that you use it on. It is my new favorite cleaner.

I had planned a trip to Florida three weeks ago and had my vehicle serviced. Oil/filter, fluids etc. I went on the trip, 1350 miles one way and about 350 while there, and another 1350 back home. Ariving back several days ago. This product arrived yesterday. I went to check my oil this morning to find that the mechanic (??) that did the work had spilled about a half quart of oil in my engine compartment and on the engine. It was filthy black from the long drive and all the road grime sticking to it. I thought about this GoofOff, that just came yesterday and said to myself, Why not. I sprayed the mess and let it set for about ten minutes and scrubbed at it with an old paint brush. I then sprayed again and blew it all away with compressed air, and it looked like new again. I will not have my car serviced at that garage again

I used it to clean some outdoor furniture that Was stained with sap and pitch from the overhead trees. The product Was excellent at removing the sap and made a lot of headway with the pitch. It took several applications to remove the pitch. The furniture Still looked clean several months later.

This is really strong. Doesn't smell good at all. But hey that's not what you need it to do, right? Well gets rid of built up grease. I used this to remove the grease on my tires and it did a great job. I also use it to remove some grease splatter on the walls near the stove.

So when I ordered this I wanted to clean my oven since it said degreaser. I put it on the inside of my oven door,let it sit a half hour then I wiped it up with a sponge. It took very little grease off the oven door. I ended up cleaning the oven with a knock off oven cleaner a few days later. Next I tried it on a spot on my rug and that came right up with a little scrub. I've since went around my house cleaning spots up and the carpets are looking better. I do recommend this product for carpet stains but I cannot recommend it as a degreaser.

I'm a big fan of regular Goof Off and use it frequently. That gave me high hopes for this product. While it functions well as a degreaser, the overwhelming chemical smell is very off-putting. The odor is almost identical to that of regular Goof Off, but I typically use that product in very small amounts and usually not in the kitchen. I tried this new degreaser on several pots and pans and the awful smell permeated the kitchen. It DID do a good job on removing the grease film on my pans, but I'd be worried that the chemicals that cause the smell would linger on the pans. Perhaps if you were using this outside or in the garage it might not be as much of an issue. If possible, I'd do a split rating --- 5 stars on actual cleaning ability, 1 star on usability. Thus, I averaged out to 2. If you are sensitive to smells, I'd definitely avoid this product.
