Googan Squad Gold Series Reaction Casting Rod 7'2" Medium Moderate 1piece 1pack

My review is not of the product but of the seller, Wal Mart. Product was never used as it was delivered damaged. Not sure how to review customer service only. Item was purchased, delayed delivery, then when opened the end of the rod was snapped off and missing. I went through person after person, and 2 in store visits to attempt to return. They wanted me to file a claim with the warranty. However, the item was shipped damaged, not damaged in my care. They finally took the rod as a return during one in store visit and said they had initiated a refund. No refund ever came. When following up, I was sent to person after person. A refund was attempted but never processed and confirmed with my bank. A refund finally was given and received on the protection plan only ($25) I could get no help from Walmart in store, online chat, and by phone to finalized the rod return. They kept telling me I needed to return the rod to the store, but I had already returned it to a store. I finally had to resort to having my bank dispute the charges. Terrible customer service and follow through. I spent alot of time on this with no resolution. Frustrated.

Ordered this rod 2 times and it comes in a flimsy box and the tip is broke off before it arrives. Need to put fishing poles in a better box or a tube that won't bend and that way the pole won't break in transit.
