Didn't realize the chromecast had google home built into it - would have started using it much longer ago.

Works every time and works well. We've pretty much disconnected from anything related to network TV and cast everything both at work and a home. I especially love it during staff meetings.

The updated Google Chromecast responds more quickly and effectively than my oiriginal Chromecast dongle. However, for some reason, it didn't initially allow me to see it in Google Home after install. It seems to have settled in after it got setup. It's better than the initial version.

It's very difficult to connect with 1 phone. It's easier to mirror cast than hotspot. Roku is very simple and easy..

It works but I have to unplug it all of the time because whatever I'm streaming loses connection with my phone when I try to disconnect.

The Google Home App looses rooms on a minute by minute time frame, they are set up and then gone. The restarting of the Google Chromecast and resetting is daily at a minimum. Chromecast cuts out at any time and is very very undependable at the least.

The device continuously presents connection problems, advising me to perform a factory reset, after which, continues not to work, asking me to do the same all over again. It's impossible for me to stream any type of content because it never gives me de option to do so.

My Chromecast always disconnects from my network, and trying to add it back never works, and trying to add it as a completely new device takes forever and it still isn't realized. Chromecast is always been a thorn in my side, and I love everything Google. It was easier just to use casting to my Xbox than it was to cast to Chromecast.

Purchased to use as an Audio plug in for my AV receiver. My receiver had a HDMI in but was unable to output music without additional dongle. So I have a chromecast that i cant use. Bring back Chromecast Audio, that was a great product.

Constantly has to be restarted and/or factory reset. Annoying that I can just cast when I want to without doing all this crap. Never again will I purchase a Chromecast.
