Fitbit Charge 6 Fitness Tracker with Heart Rate, GPS, Premium Membership, and Health Tools - Gold Case w/ Coral Band, 1.04 Screen

Seller and item is legit. I received it as scheduled (which was the next day), Item was intact and working well. No scratches. However, the shipping company who handled it mustve opened the packaging because the seal was broken.

Not very happy that I was sent a USED product. The box was already opened, beat up, and the band for the watch was dirty. Hopefully it works well, however I paid for a new one and was expecting a new one. The upc sticker on the box even says “Condition: New” but it most definitely is not. This was supposed to be a gift but I can’t gift someone an already opened box like this. Not happy at all.

Was expecting a gold tone case but this is definitely silver, disappointed I lost my Fitbit Charge 5, loved it Decided to get the Charge 6 as an upgrade. Follow my sleep and SpO2 levels

The product I received had the seal broken on the box. I don’t recommend Walmart for purchases. Otherwise the watch seems ok but I’m wary.

Screens overlapping then freezing regularly. Purchased approximately 2 weeks ago. I guess I’ll return it. :-(

Not OEM packaged - not sealed - no box. Could be return/refurbished/counterfeit.

I'm sure the Fitbit would have been fine IF it had come in the box it was supposed to but we received the package, outer shipping box looked perfect, but the Fitbit box inside had been torn open and the Fitbit and charger were taken out, apparently before it was put in the shipping box, and then sent to us. this was a gift for my son for his birthday, you can imagine how that went over when he opened it. Not impressed at all. Support said they would issue a refund but I have not seen anything yet. I'm going to call support again and see what's going on.

I ordered the coral band with the champagne gold face that comes standard with it… received a coral band and silver face. Someone clearly tampered with this because Fitbit does not sell this combination. The only reason I went with the coral band was because of the gold face so definitely returning and ordering directly from Fitbit.

I am from Brazil, I have done some purchases and sent them to Izabel´s house, a friend of mine. All the purchases have arrived correctly, except this one. I have attached on this a photo that Izabel´s sent me showing that the product arrived on 03/11/25. It is possible to see that the seal is exactly under the address´s label, which shows that the box was sealed and then was labeled. The seal was a simple one, not from Walmart. In this case, I did not receive the products, someone between Walmart and Izabel´s house opened the box, got the products, closed the box and then labeled the box. When I opened the box, it was like on the next photo. I´ve already complaint to Walmart and I didn´t received any consideration of it yet. I am looking forward to have all of this solved.

since I bought it, it's been defective, it doesn't charge, I took it back to Walmart, but the lady at customer services said I must have the paper receipt, and I couldn't find it 😓
