Google - Fitbit Versa 4 Fitness Smartwatch - Works with Android and iOS - Platinum - (2022)

Bought to replace my Versa 2. I’m still getting used to the differences. Tracking seems to be more sensitive. Sleep tracking is much faster. I love that the pin doesn’t need to be put in every time to look at the screen. Syncing is a lot faster too. So far so good.

I love the Fitbit Versa 4 watch. It was easy to set up and charge. I fully charged it when I received it and didn’t have to charge it again until 5 days later, probably didn’t have to charge it then it is only at 44% at that time. The band is great also. You don’t have a clasp you just snap and push it through the hole. You don’t see the other end like on the old watches.

I love my Fitbit Versa 4 because it is much easier to charge than my previous model. However, with this one I was getting a rash from the band, which I never got with other ones (I have worn a Fitbit for at least 4 years). I ended up having to buy an off-brand band online to replace it.

I love everything except the band it comes with. It's been giving me a rash on my wrist. But other than that It's wonderful. Battery life is outstanding. beats the Apple watch I had by many many hours- days even. the screen is the perfect size and it reads my heart rate good too.

The only negative is the watch band hook as I find it difficult to get the hook in the band hole. My previous watch had a metal hook, this one is plastic.

After about a month of use the watch clock face totally disappeared. I had to power the watch off and back on for it to appear again. I thought it was probably a one time glitch, but it happened multiple times. And at times the time was wrong by as much as 15 minutes causing me to be late. If it is not dependable as a simple watch, it is useless. I contacted Walmart, they directed me to Deal Pro ( the 3 party seller), they referred me to Fitbit because it was still under warranty. Fitbit denied my claim saying I didn’t buy it from an authorized seller. Be very aware of difficulties with returns if you order from Walmart.com and the product is not sold directly from Walmart. As of now, still no resolution.

i purchased this watch to replace my versa 2 that just stopped charging. im not great with technology, but im also not illiterate, so i thought getting a similar model would be easier. the versa 4 is much more difficult, not user friendly for installation to phone, clock face stats, the clock face designs suck unless you go premium. if you dont want to pay for premium services every month DO NOT PURCHASE THIS WATCH.

it doesn't work the way it used to. you can't answer a text with voice to text and that was the reason why i bought this because i thought my versa 3 was broken, but it is a glitch in the watch, which still has not been fixed! I've called many times but nothing is fixed! poor service too

I had a very hard time connecting with my phone and I think this device sucks, I had a Versa 2 that is way better than this one. Versa 2 shows you everything you want, and this one doesn't seem to work! I would rather send this back and replace it with another Versa 2 because my old one is dying but it is what I would rather have. Versa 4 keeps shutting off and I need to push the button but only stays on for a few seconds plus it doesn't have much info on it. Versa 4 is not worth the money.!! I would like to give this device a no star rating but I won't. I also had to go to Best Buy and they were kind enough to help me and so I tried it out and ended up being disappointed because it tells me nothing that I want.

This item was tampered with. When I opened the package, you could tell the security strip had been torn open and the item in the box was not secured in the original packaging. I even question whether this was was new even though it was listed as new. I returned the item and will never purchase it again from Walmart. Very disappointed.
