Google Nest Cam Outdoor 2nd Gen - Wired Security Camera with 2K Video, Works with Google Home, Snow

It has a great view during day and night and you dont have to pay monthly on it. As you can see my ring camera is no longer going to be my primary camera. I will highly recommend this over ring.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received the Google Nest Outdoor Camera. The camera came with everything I needed to install right in the box and it was very simple to install. It has you scan the QR code on the camera with the Google Home app and walks you thru setting it up. I set it up on my shed outside so it can see my entire backyard, pool and driveway. It does a good job capturing everything. Picks up clear audio. You can set up different event alerts that allows you to pick up people, pets, cars, or other motion. So far I am very happy with the camera. I will have to test during rain or at night to see what the video quality looks like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love our Nest Cam! We got it to monitor our backyard and pond area for animals. We've been suspecting that raccoons are getting into the bird feeder, and have also seen a coyote and fox from the deck. I wanted to confirm my suspicions with a good quality night camera. My husband actually installed it on the deck gazebo because the camera mount is magnetic. Then we just plugged it in to the outdoor outlet that the deck lights plug into. The image quality is fantastic, I can't wait to find out what animals are visiting us at night!

We already use other Nest products so it was very easy to add it to our app. The camera quality is good and you don't need a subscription unless you want longer save history for your events. I also like that the camera uses a magnet to stick to the mount.

The motion notifications let me know each time someone comes close to my home. This does exactly what I need it to do and I'm happy with the product.

It captures with great picture/visibility and it was very easy to install on the outside. I set it up with the Google home app. I had been wanting a camera for the front door and this was a great option!

I thought it was wired like in a spotlight or something. The quality is great though. I would've loved if this was wireless and not the plug in the wall wired type.

The app is easy to install and guides you through set up from beginning to end. The audio and storage are great and makes you feel secure in your home. This is a small and discreet camera that detects motion wherever you aim the camera once mounted. One can never be too safe in their home and this small, easy to install camera with directions definitely makes me and my family feel safe.

My choices were limited to where I could install it. It's easy to use and the app is manageable. I'd recommend this product.
