Easy setup and fixed the “power stealing” issues that come with the no C wire thermostat installation. Super straightforward!

Works For Most
This connector works for most people who don't have a c wire and don't want to have to pay an electrician to run one. I don't really think there is usually a con to using it. I'd have maybe still rather had the wire run, but then it's a lot more expense than this cheap power connector.

It's okay
Setup was easy, compatibility was a bit complicated.It shows my system is not holding power on the nest, however it's clearly holding power because I have not had to switch the battery.

Won't work on a 2 stage unit
My ac unit is a 2 stage unit. It wouldn't work. I called my ac guy and he told me it wouldn't work because of the 2 stage cooling. This should be stated in the description.
