Double the accuracy
The benefit of using it can see the temperature of each room but I double the accuracy because one room is 16°C the room next to it is 19°C. It allows to use either one of the room's temperature as a base and raise the thermostat to reach to the preset temperature, e.g. Room A is 16°C and Room B and C are 18 and 19. The thermostat preset is 19°C. In order to get Room A reach 19°C, I have to select Room A sensor as a base then the thermostat will kick-in to raise the temperature until Room A reached 19°C. But the other 2 rooms will get too hot. so basically this became a temperature display. Also it won't detect whether anyone in the room only the thermostat has this function. My thermostat placed downstairs on the family room if detected no one there it will automatically switch to Eco mode and shut down the heat or AC even thought someone is in upper floor bedroom.
