Very easy installation although instructions can be better. Simple display that works, but can be made to look better.

Thermostats work fine. No real complaints.

Very difficult to set up if you do not have a C-wire existing in the furnace/HVAC system. Also, I couldn't set the thermostat on an exactly the heat degree I wanted it to be on. The thermostat would keep pre-setting to 68 degrees when I wanted it to be on 60. Not easy at all to use or set up.

Tried to use these to replace two older Nest thermostats because Nest no longer supports the internet functionality for them. Installed both according to the instructions. Neither would even power up. Tried Nest support on their website but even the chat function was worthless. Don't buy any Nest products. They will not live up to even ordinary standards of service and decency.

Bought two. Neither Would connect to the internet (adjacent), one would not hold a charge longer than four hours - who ships a product with a defective battery? It was a complete hassle trying to get them to work. Replaced them with Honeywell backlit, programmable thermostats that worked immediately with no problems.
