It has great speed and handles the 2.4 and 5Ghz bands automatically. There is bug if you enable passthrough with no NAT the speed is capped at 100 mbps. However with double nat it has GB rate and it flies. I like this router. If you have many devices you will need a switch as Nest 6e has one outgoing port. Overall a great great product from Google. Thank you Walmart.
I absolutely love this router. Love it. I had read that installation was a breeze, and it was. The simplest thing I've EVER hooked up. I even used my old router/modem Arris Surfboard to connect with (a bridge). Again, super easy. And best of all… doubled my download speed! No more buffering! The unit itself is attractive and looks great. Love the design.
I upgraded from an earlier Nest. This one marks just as well only faster thanks to the better technology. I'll breeze to install and completely compatible with my Spectrum system

Updated Wi-Fi 6 capability. A must to add to your exisiting Google hardware ecosystem. I own 6 of this item and strategically placed around the house and provide maximum mesh coverage possible.
It works pretty good but not like I thought it would
Despite the claim that it recognises 2.4ghz devices I could not get most to work properly once I changed to the router. More importantly they might work but I can't get any of the apps associated with the devices to work. It is complicated due to getting internet service at my house is through my phone needing a wifi connection as I have no internet service with my phone inside my house. Regardless I am not at all please.
I used AI to try and help me install this Google Nest Wifi Pro Tri-Band AX Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), Wifi 6e Mesh Router. At first I thought w/ AI it would be a breeze, but NO!. I needed to use my 7a phone (which they don't tell you) and AI and I tried for a couple of hours to install. AI tried many different ways, but no go. Very disappointing, and even messed up my 7a settings!!!
I have not received it yet. Your system is so backwards. A survey should not be sent until you confirm delivery.
