No audio on this phone - at all!
If you buy all the accessories for one of these "refurbished" phones, DO NOT OPEN them until you know the phone works. My phone had no audio for anything, like it had no speaker, couldn't play music, could not speak to anyone on the phone though the phone would receive the call. Went through all the "diagnostics" sent to me via email/text message (to my old phone), including swapping sims, factory reset, etc. NADA!!! ...and instead of shipping me out a replacement, I had to send this one back in for a refund. I will not be doing business for these types of purchases from walmart online ever again... Terrible experiences of late with multiple orders, even grocery orders!
