The item description did not state that this was a refurbished phone, so I tried to contact customer service and get a replacement with the new phone that I had ordered. I did not hear back and because I needed a phone. I tried to load up the refurbished phone and it immediately got really hot so I put it back and returned. This phone was through a third-party seller on the Walmart app.

Order a google pixel 8 this company made it sound like it was a brand new phone never mentioned about being renewed not very happy there was scratches all over it.
