It's everything you want in a tablet. The docking station/speaker is awesome to have in the kitchen. I highly recommend

We love that the picture quality of this tablet is, top notch. The apps on this tablet seems to run really smoothly and effectively. I love that you can use it with your home Google devices and that this tablet is lightweight considering it's a larger screen. The quality of this table feels really good. I can tell it was made very well with top notch material. Seems to stay up to date with the current android updates. Another feature I found to be great is the casting. Being able to cast from this device to another device, vice versa is nice! The Charging dock is a nice added bonus to this tablet. I like that it doubles as a speaker too. The speaker isn't too loud. But I enjoy it! I think the features are nice overall, for this set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a Pixel 7 Pro owner, I was excited when Google announced a tablet. Running Android 13, the Pixel Tablet feels very familiar, so getting up and running took no time at all. Well, it took time for my accounts to transfer over, but that took almost no effort. Overall, I have been pleased with the performance for my needs. Apps load quickly and navigating the tablet and switching apps is sufficiently speedy. Browsing the web, watching videos, listening to music, making video calls, and using miscellaneous other apps all work well. I don't play games, so I cannot comment on how smoothly they run. The screen is big, bright, and crisp, as expected. The tablet's rounded edges make it comfortable to hold. On its own, the Pixel is a nice tablet for using around the house, or on the go, but what makes it really stand apart from other tablets I have used is the dock. When connected to the dock, with its built-in speakers, the tablet sounds way better than any other tablet I have used. It is great for listening to music or watching movies. Because the dock holds the tablet upright, it works very well for watching video content or making video calls. As I mentioned before, I use the tablet primarily around the house for general usage, and it is perfect for that. While I can see using Google Docs on it, I did not get the Pixel Tablet as a laptop replacement. I am sure I will use it for productivity from time to time, but that is far from my primary use. I love my Pixel phone, but having the larger screen and dock, and the much improved sound that comes with it, make it my preferred device while at home.

I was looking for a tablet that would provide great functionality for myself and my children. Not only was I pleased that it was so easy to turn on and set up. But I was also pleased with how fast it was, when I was playing games, and streaming and perfect for creating profiles so my children could also use it and keep their apps separate from mine. The sound for the speaker dock was incredible especially when watching movies. And the magnetic charging was so fast. 128 gb was amazing and perfect for exactly what I needed it for. This tablet gets the job done without a doubt especially with the phenomenal display.

I use it for music, recipes in the kitchen, video while curled up. It's absolutely perfect. If you are looking for something for your house, get this and don't look back.

The charging station is a great option and secured the tablet while it is charging. Pretty easy to navigate, much nicer than the alternative options on the market in my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Pixel tablet is a pretty good looking device. The white and ceramic finish are pleasing to the eyes. The volume and power buttons are in a good place and I don't find myself hitting them by accident. Setting up the tablet was easy with the guided process. It does take a while to go through all the prompts and create the necessary accounts though. You should plan to take an hour to set it up, tailor settings to your liking, and update the operating system and existing apps. The Android experience is a bit different than what I'm used to since most of my products are Samsung and thus use One UI. I assume this tablet gives a “pure” Android experience since it's from Google themselves. It relies a bit more on swipes and gestures but the whole family is adapting to it easily. The LCD display is 2560x1600 resolution with 276 PPI which is good enough I'd say. It doesn't look grainy even when it's uncomfortably close to my face. The claimed 500 nits brightness seems bright enough for brightly lit rooms and all but direct sunlight outdoors. By default, the tablet seemed to have an odd color profile which made whites seem brown and other colors seemed off. I figured out that the colors were set to “Adaptive”. Selecting “Vivid” or “Natural” gave the colors a more familiar hue. I selected “Natural” for myself. The performance of the tablet seems on par with modern phones but with a nice big screen. The racing, RTS, FPS, and other games we tried all played well on high settings with no lag or stutters. It was also easy to run multiple windows at once for multitasking purposes. Although we didn't use this feature on a regular basis, we were able to pair Bluetooth controllers and mice to the tablet which could enhance productivity or help with certain games. The tablet came with 128GB which seems to be enough for my family but I know a 256GB model is also available for those that need more. The magnetic dock has been convenient for standing up the tablet for my daughter so she doesn't need to hold it and we don't have to buy a separate case just for that purpose either. We find ourselves unplugging the dock so we can take it with the tablet around the house as a stand. When we need to charge up then we plug the tablet and dock back into the dock's power supply. The speakers on the dock can go louder than the tablet which can be nice for entertaining guests but I find that the quality of the sound isn't really better than the tablet itself. The tablet's built-in speakers are quite good. The cameras on the tablet are sufficient to hold calls with family members and take pictures and videos in less challenging environments. I switch to my phone if I need higher optical and/or digital zoom, better stabilization, or better low light imagery. Overall I think the Pixel Tablet with dock is at a fair price point and will provide years of entertainment.
