The tablet itself is beautiful and well-made, with a sleek design and a large, vibrant 11-inch display. The Charging Speaker Dock is also a great addition, and it's really handy to be able to just pop the tablet on the dock to charge it and listen to music or podcasts. The tablet supports the Google Assistant, so you can control it with your voice also is compatible with a variety of accessories, including keyboards, cases, and styluses. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pretty impressed with the Google Pixel Tablet and Charging station with its sound bar. Set up is easy, the tablet is set up like any other tablet and phone. All you do is run through their prompts and you are done. With the charging station and sound bar, all you do is plug it in. Lastly, just place the tablet onto the charging station and have it hold through it's magnetic dock. Since we set it up in the kitchen, I was a little worried about bumping the tablet and have it continuously fall from the dock but it holds really well. It's very stable and I no longer think about being more careful around it. The speaker sets this combo apart. When I first played music from it, both my wife and son commented on how clear and impressed they were from the sound. My wife likes to have music playing in the house and this has become the primary device for playing music now. I also like how this can be used as smart device. I've been using this to get the daily weather, a kitchen timer, basic info and more. It is nice to have a tablet handy instead of always using my phone to pull up stuff. The family and myself can just grab the tablet when needed and everyone has been returning the tablet to it's dock afterward since that is the primary charging source. One thing I'd like to note is that my son has adopted this as a gaming device. With its great sound and large tablet display, he figured out he can connect his controller up to it and play his favorite game on it. I'd definitely recommend this tablet and charging station (w/ speaker) to anyone looking or a tablet or home smart device. This is one the whole family can enjoy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a Pixel 7 Pro owner, I was excited when Google announced a tablet. Running Android 13, the Pixel Tablet feels very familiar, so getting up and running took no time at all. Well, it took time for my accounts to transfer over, but that took almost no effort. Overall, I have been pleased with the performance for my needs. Apps load quickly and navigating the tablet and switching apps is sufficiently speedy. Browsing the web, watching videos, listening to music, making video calls, and using miscellaneous other apps all work well. I don't play games, so I cannot comment on how smoothly they run. The screen is big, bright, and crisp, as expected. The tablet's rounded edges make it comfortable to hold. On its own, the Pixel is a nice tablet for using around the house, or on the go, but what makes it really stand apart from other tablets I have used is the dock. When connected to the dock, with its built-in speakers, the tablet sounds way better than any other tablet I have used. It is great for listening to music or watching movies. Because the dock holds the tablet upright, it works very well for watching video content or making video calls. As I mentioned before, I use the tablet primarily around the house for general usage, and it is perfect for that. While I can see using Google Docs on it, I did not get the Pixel Tablet as a laptop replacement. I am sure I will use it for productivity from time to time, but that is far from my primary use. I love my Pixel phone, but having the larger screen and dock, and the much improved sound that comes with it, make it my preferred device while at home.

And it does NOT disappoint me! Easy to get started and set up. Connected smoothly to my current google account so that things were automatically set up and ready to go. The speaker is amazing quality for my needs or wants. Pretty similar to other tablets but I just love the layout and features much better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The more I use this, the more I like it. I look at this as a hybrid product. It's a tablet, but also a home assistant device when it's docked. I can only compare the assistant aspect to a Lenovo (Smart Display 7) home assistant I was using. With the speaker, the bass seems way too heavy. There are no volume options to configure EQ settings. Compared to my Lenovo, the functionality of the Pixel is far more superior, though. I love being able to use any app now. And I can have more in-depth conversations with the assistant. Before it was just asking a question and getting a simple answer (if that). As for a tablet, it's great. The screen on this thing is crystal clear. The specs are solid. The tablet easily snaps onto the charging dock/speaker. And there is a USB-C port on there as well. No AUX, so you will need an adapter for any wired headphones. Unless I'm completely oblivious to more customizable settings, there's practically no customizations for the dock screen/hub mode. Let me add some widgets on there please. All-in-all, I'd recommend it. You may not get the functionality out of it like with some tablets out there, because like I said.. it's more of a home assistant/tablet hybrid. More in line for smart homes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So essentially this is a large format smartphone that docks like a hub. The camera quality is OK, and the sound from the tablet itself is also just OK. When docked, the sound immediately begins coming out of the dock (alone) and you get more sound. The highs are a bit loss, but overall the sound quality isn't bad. The dock is magnetic and does a great job at holding the tablet, but aligning is sometimes a bit tricky. The tablet itself has the usual features, Wifi, Bluetooth, Location, fingerprint reader, among a few other things. When docked it can randomly scroll through news, time, weather, and photos among other things. The tablet pushes split screen app use which does make for easier use. You can use apps in full screens, but because some apps aren't optimized, you often get a lot of black/unused space. One thing I love is how easy it is to swap from one user profile to another. It was surprisingly quick and easy and never stumbled at all. The tablet has a nice battery life, but I noticed in leaving the tablet sitting untouched overnight, resulted in a 10% battery loss. As a dock it's OK, as a tablet, it's still just OK. I personally sat mine on my desk next to my computer. This allows me to control smart home devices when sitting here or pick it up and read the news or ebook. To be clear, the tablet isn't bad, it just leaves a few things to be desired or rather bettered.

That being said, its super fast and no lag at all. I love the way it feels in my hands, and love the docking station. The battery doesnt last as long as I had hoped for but having all the house smart devices all on one device makes it easier on my husband and myself. Speakers sound good for that platform. Just need a protective case around it and be able to dock it, just in case it gets dropped on hard surfaces.
