Phones are not as advertised.
The phones in the product description are listed as NEW. The phone I received had a product sheet from Amazon and the box and paperwork stated the phone is REFURBISHED not new. I tried to contact the seller to question their listing. I did not receive a reply. The phone listing also states a 1 year warranty. With no response from the seller on a simple question, I would think that trying to get warranty service is something that is not going to happen. So buyer beware.

Great phone, not sure if one can find another phone better for the price, the camera is not as sharp and I thought it will be. But over all I'm please with the phone

Would be nice to get a working phone!
I actually would give a zero if I could. I don't know how anything worked on this phone because I got a dud. The phone wouldn't even come on. Sent it back for refund.
